PRODUCT INFORMATION


Product descriptions, prices and delivery fees are kept as accurate as possible but are unable to warrant that such information will be current or without error.

Note that for all Australian Deliveries.  We are not currently registered for GST so this is not charged on our website.


PAYMENT OPTIONS


PAYPAL is our chosen method of payment.  It ensures Secure, Encrypted, Safe Transactions and can be used to pay via Credit Card, Cheque or Savings Account or Your existing Paypal Funds.  It also ensures keeping your financial details private.

Bank deposit is available for Australian Residents Only.  Please select this option through checkout and Our bank details will be emailed to you for payment.  Payment via this option is due within 5 days or the order will be cancelled and the items put back into stock.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS PLEASE NOTE PAYMENT IS ACCEPTED VIA PAYPAL ONLY - Postage charges may differ from those listed in checkout if this is the case then an invoice for balance of charges will be sent and payable prior to shipping of your order.  Also Please be aware that some products/items are not suitable for international delivery due to Customs Requirements.  Please check your local authority for details - Thank You

POSTAGE INFORMATION


DELIVERY

Once You have placed your order, Illiom Crystals will process your order within 2-3 Working Days of receipt of your Order.  Whilst every effort is made to deliver according to the time frame stated, we are a small family business and unforeseen circumstances do sometimes arise.  We are also reliant on third parties (Australia Post) to ensure prompt delivery takes place.  We currently use Australia Post for all deliveries  and all parcels are registered/insured and require a signature on delivery for the protection of all parties involved.   Express  Platinum  Post is  available  (within Australia) upon request (providing the item/product will fit into the satchels provided eg 500gm and 3kg sizes) for an additional cost and an invoice for the balance of postage costs will be emailed to you for payment prior to posting.

Please allow up to 3 Working Days for receipt of Express Post Parcels, 7 Working Days for receipt of regular parcels within Australia and Up to 14 Working Days for receipt of parcels Internationally.

By placing an Order, You Agree Not to hold Illiom Crystals liable for any loss or damage directly or indirectly arising out of or in connection with any delay or failure to deliver within the estimated time frame.

** Please Note - Should you request a parcel to be safe dropped (eg.  left at your front door, in a letter box or somewhere unattended whilst you are not there to accept, sign for or receive it in person (as per our shipping rules),  You ACCEPT that as per our shipping terms this is NOT our normal business practice.  If requested by you we will provide this and whilst we will do this for you from time to time, You must ACCEPT
that as a result of your choice or shipping request the "FULL RESPONSIBILITY" of your parcel if lost, stolen or damaged as a result of your request for your parcel to be safe dropped IS AND WILL become your Responsibility and No Responsibility for loss or damage will be accepted by Illiom Crystals **

 
ADDRESSING

 

Please ensure when registering on our website that you give your correct mailing address.  If a Customer is found to have supplied an incorrect or insufficient address, Illiom Crystals will Not refund or re-send the item/s and all responsibility for correcting the delivery including new postage charges to resend the parcel will be the responsibility of the Customer.

 

If the parcel is found to be wrongly addressed by Illiom Crystals then we shall be responsible for re-delivery, replacement or refunding of the item/s.

Please note that all parcels require a signature upon delivery.

 

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS

 

International Buyers are Welcome.  We will ship to most countries.  If your country is not listed please contact us for an accurate shipping quote prior to placing your order.  Please note all of our Electrical Products are Australian Standards Approved therefore these will not be suitable for use internationally.  Some products like incense, candles and other similar products may not be allowed into your country and we request that you check with your local Customs Office to confirm what is and what isn't allowed.  All Customs Fees and Charges are the responsibility of the Customer.  If you have placed your order prior to asking for a shipping quote please note in some cases the postage charges may not be correct and in this case an invoice will be issued to you for the extra charges and payment is required prior to your order being shipped.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS PLEASE NOTE THAT PAYMENT WILL ONLY BE RECEIVED VIA PAYPAL.

 

RETURNS

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We do not refund for change of mind.  If the item/s you have received is incorrect item please contact us within 48 hours of receipt.  Please send a notification email to us on our contact tab and we will advise the outcome at our earliest convenience and at our discretion.  Please note that all return postage costs in all instances are the responsibility of the Customer (with the only exception being that it was our error therefore our responsibility) and all postage charges relating to the purchase are not refundable by Illiom Crystals.


Please note that all Personal Hygiene Products, Skin (including earrings), Health & Body items (including food, herb products, soaps, body and foot brushes, Aromatherapy Oils, Massage Oils and Perfumes) cannot be returned for Hygienic Reasons.

FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS

Illiom Crystals is known for and takes great care to ensure that items are not defective before despatch (including taking photographs of each individual product).  However if a product is found to be defective on arrival at their destination we will arrange for replacement item/s or if not available a refund.  Notification of the defective item must be received via email within 48 hours of receipt of parcel and we will reply with instructions of what is required to proceed including a return address.

Defective items must be returned to Illiom Crystals within 14 Business Days.  They must be adequately packaged so to not incur further damage and You must include a copy of purchase receipt.  It is Your Responsibility to retain proof of Return postage because should the package become lost in transit Illiom Crystals will assume that you have decided not to return the item/s.

Please note:  We will replace faulty cords ONLY (the warranty does not apply to the actual Lamp or bulbs) with relation to our CrystalLamps, SeleniteLamp, RoseQuartz and Other CrystalLamp Products within 3 months upon return/receipt of the faulty product and proof of purchase.  You will need to contact us prior to returning/sending to arrange this.

Also Please note:  Illiom Crystals can not and will not be held liable for any damage incurred by Australia Post during posting and handling of your parcel.  All parcels are packaged extremely securely so to prevent this occurring.  Should damage occur whilst in transit the claim is to be made directly with Australia Post using your receipt of purchase and the Registered Post No. issued to you with your confirmation of post email sent to you by us when your parcel is posted.  Please contact Illiom Crystals should you have any problems with this and we will do our best to assist you.

 

PRIVACY

 

Your privacy is of the Utmost Importance to us.  Your details are kept by us purely for the processing of your orders and for keeping you updated with new products, competitions and services to our website.

Your details are never given to anyone (inclusive of any third parties Unless required by law for law enforcement purposes) for any reason at all.
